What this course is about

EFR teaches the same priorities and techniques used by medical professionals, in a relaxed, non-intimidating way. You practise on a manikin until the steps feel natural.

Primary Care covers CPR and life-threatening emergencies; Secondary Care covers first aid for injuries and illnesses that aren't immediately life-threatening.

  • CPR and rescue breathing
  • Serious bleeding, shock and spinal-injury management
  • First aid for everyday injuries and illness
