CPR and first aid for anyone — diver or not. Emergency First Response builds the confidence to act in a medical emergency, and it's the prerequisite for the PADI Rescue Diver course.

EFR teaches the same priorities and techniques used by medical professionals, in a relaxed, non-intimidating way. You practise on a manikin until the steps feel natural.
Primary Care covers CPR and life-threatening emergencies; Secondary Care covers first aid for injuries and illnesses that aren't immediately life-threatening.
